CCAT have been awarded one of the Croydon Commitment Grassroots Awards presented to charities. These Grassroots occasions have been in place since 2008 and this year there were 31 applicants. From these, CCAT was one of just 6 successful applicants, and receive £2768. Peter Cox received the award from the Croydon Mayor, Wayne Trakas-Lawlor.
Planning will take place over the summer for the work with schools, so that the award can be appropriately utilised from the new term in September.
